Cost of Diesel Falls Once Again

Posted by Genie Wood on Fri, Jan 11, 2013 @ 12:16 PM

The U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Information Administration reported that on average, diesel prices across the nation fell once again last week, with an average decrease of .07 cents per gallon.

However, despite this overall decrease in price, some regions in the U.S., including the Central Atlantic region and the Gulf Coast, saw prices increase last week.

Nationally, the cheapest diesel last week was found in the Rocky Mountain region, at $3.69 / gallon, while the most expensive was in New England, coming in at $4.15 / gallon.
